Delisted PSOs

Below are PSOs that have been delisted. A PSO may be “delisted” for three reasons:

  • Voluntary Relinquishment — the PSO chooses to voluntarily relinquish its status as a PSO.
  • Failure to Seek Continued Listing — the 3-year listing period expires without the PSO seeking continued listing.
  • Delisted for Cause — the listing as a PSO is revoked for cause (i.e., noncompliance with the requirements that each PSO must meet).

Note to Healthcare Providers:

Even though a PSO is delisted, the information submitted to it while it was listed remains privileged and confidential as PSWP. A provider seeking PSWP protections should not send information to a delisted PSO.
